These extinct creatures were widespread in shallow waters of warm seas in Devonian Period, around 400 million years ago. This trilobite has a convex glabella and large eyes have fewer lenses, for improved optics. Its thorax has twelve segments, and its deeply furrowed tail shield is smaller than its head.

Each specimen is approximately 5.5 inches long and 1.5 inches tall.
