Fossil Dinner Plate
FUNCTIONAL + UNIQUE + COLLECTIBLE
These dinner plates are sculpted from Orthoceras and Ammonite fossils in matrix that have been polished smooth. With a thicker raised lip on the outside of the plate, it shows off centuries of history! Ammonoids evolved from nautiluses in the early Devonian period, about 400 million years ago. They were abundant in world seas for the next 370 million years. They suddenly vanished at the end of the Cretaceous period.
These plates have a diameter of 11.5 inches.
Why We Love This:
These plates are a fun conversation starter at dinner and are one of the most unique plates to have a meal on!
